Rates vary by season, day of the week and US holidays. There is a 3-night minimum.
High season (Spring Break & Summer) rates start at $750 per night for Thurs.-Sat. and $700 per night for Sun.-Wed. and vary based on market conditions.
Holiday rates start at $800 per night for Memorial Day, July 4th Independence Day, and Labor Day i

- Rent a tube at the neighborhood outfitters (or bring your own) and put in and take out at the property
- Bring your bike or trike and enjoy a scenic ride down River Road
- Relax on the spacious deck and enjoy the scenic surroundings
- Throw a frisbee or horseshoes in the large backyard

- Drive into Historic Gruene to be pampered at a day spa, treasure hunt in antique and specialty shops and enjoy live music and casual dining at local beer gardens, taverns and restaurants
- Kick up your heels to live music at Gruene Hall, the oldest working dance hall in the Country
- Entertain the kids at Schlitterbahn water park
- Spend a day boating or fishing on Canyon Lake
- Shop the Outlet Malls in San Marcos and beat the Holiday rush
